Return Eligibility

- unused and in the same condition as received
- in its original packaging
- returned with all original parts, accessories, and tags included
- accompanied by proof of purchase
For lighting products, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure safe return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- defective
- damaged upon arrival
- incorrect
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product once approved, and place a new order separately.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit and the shipping address provided at checkout was correct, we may offer a replacement order.
If you prefer a refund, we may ask you to wait up to 30 days from the shipping date to allow the carrier investigation to be completed. If the package is still not delivered after that period, a refund may be issued.
We may also provide status updates during the investigation process when available.
Refunds

If approved:

- refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations
